Bei den Kühlern der CRYORIG H-Serie kommt zum ersten Mal das speziell zur Luftstromturbulenzenreduzierung entwickelte Hive Fin™-Design zum Einsatz. Zudem besitzen die neuen Tower-Kühler das bewährte Jet Fin Acceleration™-System, bei dem die Wärmeabfuhr des Prozessors, durch unterschiedliche Lamellenabstände, beschleunigt wird. CRYORIG startet die H-Serie mit dem 160 Millimeter hohen H5 Universal CPU-Kühler, der problemlos in den meisten Mainstream-PC-Gehäusen eingesetzt werden kann.
30.07.2014, Taipei, Taiwan – First introduced during the 2014 Taipei Computex, the innovator of PC thermal peripherals CRYORIG is now releasing the H5 Universal as part of a new line of single tower coolers. CRYORIG H Series will for the first time feature CRYORIG’s proprietary Hive Fin™ technology. The Hive Fin™ design allows for turbulence reduction of the airflow as well as Jet Fin Acceleration™ for faster hot air exhaust. CRYORIG’s H series will fit into the mainstream range within CRYORIG’s lineup. Similar to the high-class R1 Universal, H5 Universal will be equipped with CRYORIG’s XT140 slim profile fan for zero ram interference on Intel/AMD platforms. With a total height of 160 mm, the H5 Universal will be able to fit into almost all mainstream PC chassis setups.
Neben den neuen Tower-Kühlern, präsentiert CRYORIG auch ein innovatives Lüfter-Konzept, das bald veröffentlicht werden wird. Mit der RIMS-Serie erhalten Anwender erstmalig die Möglichkeit, das Lagermodul der Lüfter komplett auszuwechseln. So werden die verschiedenen FDB- und Ku-gellager separat im Handel erhältlich sein. So kann man jederzeit zu einem anderen Lagermodul wechseln, falls man ein Upgrade wünscht. Zudem können Nutzer die Rotorblätter der RIMS-Lüfter entfernen, um diese einfacher zu reinigen.
Mit der Veröffentlichung des neuen CPU-Kühlers komplettiert der Hersteller sein Kühlersortiment und steigt in das Mainstream-Segment ein. Ähnlich wie schon beim erfolgreichen R1 Universal, wird auch der H5 Universal mit dem CRYORIG XT140 Slim Profile Lüfter ausgestattet sein. Dadurch wird bei der Montage des Kühlers eine überragende RAM-Kompatibilität auf Intel™- und AMD™-Plattformen ermöglicht.

Weiterhin kommt beim H5 Universal die „XL Surface Area“ zum Einsatz, bei der es sich um eine Ausweitung der Kühlkörperoberfläche nach Außen handelt. Damit wird eine außergewöhnliche Kühlleistung im Vergleich gängigen Dual-Tower-Lösungen und herkömmlichen Kühlern erreicht. Die vernickelte Bodenplatte besteht aus hochwertigem Kupfer und nutzt die bewährte Heatpipe Convex-Align™ Technologie, die es ermöglicht, dass alle vier 6mm-Kupferheatpipes direkt über der CPU angeordnet werden.

CRYORIG stellt neben dem H5 Universal auch eine Branchenneuheit vor, bei der es sich um eine interaktive Schritt-für-Schritt-Video-Einbauanleitung handelt. Die Einbauanleitung bietet Benutzern erstmals die Möglichkeit jeden einzelnen Einbauschritt des H5 Universal in einem auf die Installationsschritte aufgeteilten Video anzusehen, um alle Schritte korrekt durchzuführen. The H5 Universal CPU utilized the XL Surface Area, where the fin surface area is being extended to the back. In result, phenomenal cooling performance can be achieved compared to common Dual Tower coolers and heatsinks. H5 Universal is equipped with four pure copper heatpipes with 6 mm diameter. The nickel-plated baseplate is made of pure solid copper and uses the Heatpipe Convex-Align™ technology, which allows the heatpipes to be concentrated directly above the center of the CPU.
